2. You will exhibit and display the Weather Widget in its entirety without any alteration or deletion, including all credits, copyright and hyperlinks included in the Weather Widget code.
3. Addgadgets.com shall not be liable to the widget's user or any third party for any damage or loss incurred, monetary or otherwise, directly or indirectly, as a result of the use of the Weather Widget.
